      This program ensures your success on the bar exam.  Do it once and never look back!  Some things are better the second time around – the bar exam is not one of them. 
 
     By constantly focusing on feedback and guidance from a bar exam expert who has years of experience preparing candidates, you will know before you even take the actual exam that you are ready to pass.  All you have to do is submit your homework prior to regular meetings with your attorney-coach and follow step-by-step instructions to insure your success. 
 
     We only require the following:

     1.     A psychological questionnaire filled out by you which is evaluated by our educational psychologist in order to position you for success on the bar exam;
     2.    90% of assigned homework must be submitted to your attorney-coach for continuous evaluation and guidance; and
     3.    Continuous scheduling with your attorney-coach.

             If, for any reason, you are unsuccessful on your bar examination after completing all mandatory performance assignments, we guarantee continuing online access to updated review material and exams* and free continuing help in accordance with whichever program was originally taken:

       We utilize a number of attorney and staff resources to ensure that our candidates are the most prepared and most successful bar candidates in the nation. We ask only that you follow your attorney-coach's guidance throughout your studies in order to guarantee your success. 
 
      Failure to follow the instructions of your attorney-coach and/or repeatedly missing your scheduled individual call times may result in forfeiture of the Premium Guaranteed Pass.
 
      If, for any reason, you are unsuccessful on your bar examination after completing all mandatory performance assignments, to claim your guarantee pass the following conditions must be met:
 
     1.           You must contact us within two weeks after results are released in your jurisdiction, and submit a copy of your exam score report.
     2.           You must prepare for the state for which we originally contracted.
     3.           You must prepare for the bar exam that immediately follows the one for which you originally prepared, e.g., if you are unsuccessful on the July 2011 Bar Examination, you must plan to prepare for the February 2012 Bar Examination.
 
         Failure to fulfill the minimum requirements and/or failure to contact us within two weeks of the release of your results, choosing to prepare for a state other than that which was originally contracted, and/or deferring to a bar exam date that does not immediately follow the bar exam for which we prepared you, may result in the assessment of an additional fee to continue instruction.

The Standard Guaranteed Pass Program
