I became acquainted with Mr. Reed and his bar review program the last year of my law school matriculation at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. I was having trouble with my Business Organizations course and Mr. Reed helped me to streamline my essays so they were exactly what my instructor was looking for on my exams. After receiving an "A" in the class and seeing how effective Mr. Reed's methods were, I knew his bar review was the program for me. I started preparation in October for the February Alabama State Bar Examination. Mr. Reed and my tutor, Michelle, made sure I had all the materials I needed to ensure I successfully completed the exam. They focused on my learning style and my study habits. They calmed me down about my lack of knowledge of Alabama law since I matriculated in Michigan. I am proud to say that with their assistance not only did I pass the bar, I passed on the first attempt. I highly recommend this bar review, the individualized attention really made the difference. Dear Professor Reed, It was such a joy to share the news with you that your coaching and support helped me pass the Texas bar! You paved such a clear path to success, and by following that path I was able to accomplish what I never thought I could. The Reed Bar Review staff was there for me every step of the way with encouragement, motivation, and support, and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you for showing me the way to reach my goals and make them a reality! I am now working as an Assistant County Attorney, and I couldn't be happier. I work with local agencies and law enforcement in an effort to make the community a safe place to live in. It's a joy to do what you love everyday! Jennifer Lynne Matte, Esq. Professor Reed's program enabled me to pass an out of state bar (Illinois) on the first attempt. The structure of the courses ensured I stayed on course and only studied the most pertinent information for the bar. This enabled me to stay focused and not get bogged down with extraneous details. Three years after passing my first bar, I sat for the Texas bar. I was extremely nervous about studying after being out of school for a few years, so I did not hesitate to sign up for the Reed Bar Review Bronze program again. Once again he delivered and I passed the Texas bar on my first attempt. Thank you Hugh, and all your colleagues, for helping me pass two bars. Eric Thompson - Attorney-at-Law

Dear Hugh,
Your Program is one of the best investments I've ever made in both time and money. As a result of your encouragement, excellent materials, and extremely clever memorization techniques, I found the confidence within to take the Texas Bar a second time and pass it! If I could go back in time I never would have followed the "herd" and taken BarBri- That program is not a "good match" for an exam that requires preparation involving constant feedback and practice questions/tests/homework. The second time I took the bar, after taking your course, was a completely different experience- I could almost "hear" you in my head at times and the MBE and essays felt more like tasks I could readily handle rather than "unchartered waters." You gave me a strategy and a plan - thanks for being there! Please let me know if there's anything I can do for you! Most Sincerely, Lauren H. Strax, Esq. Bernie Schuchmann - Attorney-at-Law
Dear Hugh:
When the results came out for the February Texas Bar Exam I learned I passed! Thank you so much for helping me pass on my first attempt! I scored an overall score of 777 - only 675 is needed to pass in Texas – and my Multistate Bar Exam (MBE) score was 166.4, a score that is in the top 1 or 2 percent in the country! As you predicted, I had plenty of points to spare! As you may recall, I previously prepared for an earlier Bar Exam attempt using both PMBR and BarBri. I then became ill and could not sit for that exam. When I regained my health I selected Reed Bar Review's individualized tutoring for my second attempt at preparation. What a world of difference! In fact my first diagnostic MBE with those programs, I only scored a 115. You did a remarkable job preparing me in light of my being an unusual student. As a practicing real estate executive, my hours were less flexible. You and your staff were amazingly available - six days/week from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. In contrast, I felt like I couldn't get BarBri Texas (or PMBR for that matter) to give me any attention or concessions without having to make several attempts and consequently being "surcharged" for the service. More importantly, it appeared to me as though the other preparatory programs flooded me with volumes of irrelevant material, some of which was prepared by people who had not themselves taken the Bar exam in years or had never even taken the Multistate Bar Exam. I found this information overload to be counterproductive - too much information and not enough application. You, on the other hand, presented me with a digestible amount of material that represented mostly topics that had high probabilities of being tested. This focused approach, combined with your memorization techniques and continuous evaluation of my work product, made Bar preparation enjoyable...well...almost enjoyable. At the very least I appeared far less "stressed out" than my peers who chose the other programs. Focus is everything when it comes to the Bar exam. There is no time to waste on frivolous academic pursuits. Thank you for narrowing my focus to the task at hand and making my life much easier. You have my permission to show this letter to others who may be shopping around for Bar preparation services. To them I would say that after spending all those years (and all that money) in law school, it would be a catastrophe to be denied a "ticket" to practice law, at the last second, because of a poor choice regarding Bar preparation programs. My choice, using the benefit of hindsight, is Reed Bar Review. I would not choose the others. Indeed, I'm using your services again to prepare for another jurisdiction's exam this time around. P.S. I used your services again to prepare for the South Dakota bar exam. Of course, I passed! Most Sincerely, Bernie Schuchmann, Attorney-at-Law Anita Chang - Attorney-at-Law

Dear Hugh,
After 30 days with remote BarBri, I knew I would not meet my goals. I called Hugh Reed and passed the Texas Bar Exam the first time in seven weeks of study. If the Texas Bar Exam can be thought of as an obstacle course, then BarBri would teach you every conceivable way (no matter how remote) to get through the course. In contrast, Hugh teaches you the best way, saving precious time. Ask yourself how much your time and peace of mind are worth. Call Hugh now. Anne Culotta Gerald Schoelzel - Attorney-at-Law
I was an older NYLS student who loved law school. I made good grades and had no indication I might have problems with the Texas Bar Exam. I followed the herd and signed up for the most popular bar review. When I discovered difficulties under test conditions, I asked for help. No targeted help or reference was forthcoming.
I felt immediate relief when I found the Reed Bar Review course. Hugh Reed understood my situation. He analyzed my results. He helped me discover and solve the problem keeping me from achieving success. After the Reed course I passed with a very high Multistate Bar Exam score. Hugh Reed knows Bar Exams, and his system is superior to all others. He has the personal experience to address your issues by taking bar exams on a regular basis. He will help you win! I used the Reed Bar Review and am thankful for making the decision to take a different avenue than my classmates. In hindsight it was the only way to go for me personally. I already had a job working full time which did not allow me to sit in a traditional classroom setting for long lecture after lecture (or videos for that matter).
The flexibility and particularly EFFICIENT use of time was priceless. Reed Law Group taught me short cuts on how to remember the key components of each subject matter, helped prioritize my time since my time was limited, and provided me with an outline and a game plan for going into every type of question. Thanks, Mitzi Franks Lauderdale, Esq. Mary Louse Phelps - Attorney-at-Law
Dear Hugh,
I took your Gold course and, like you assured me throughout our studies, I passed the Texas Bar Exam with points to spare. If a potential student would like to contact me, simply let me know and feel free to give him/her my email address. I will then phone at my earliest convenience. In addition if you are planning any marketing/recruiting events at any of the Texas law schools and I can be of help, please let me know. I hold you and RLG in the highest regard and it would be my pleasure to help you inform students of your high success rate on the bar exam. Best, Mary Louise Phelps Susan Salas, Esq. - Attorney-at-Law
I passed the Michigan bar exam on my first try after struggling through law school -- I am not good at taking tests and was petrified of failing the bar. I opted for Reed Bar Review over Bar/Bri because of its method and its mentor: Hugh Reed has taken around 30 bar exams and is a member of numerous states and territories by continuously taking bar exams. HE KNOWS WHAT IS TESTED AND HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS FINAL HURDLE.
His method is to teach only what is on the bar exam, nothing more and nothing less. After this concentrated study, he encourages timed and focused practice, because stamina is as important to the bar exam as knowledge. Conversely, Bar/Bri requires repeated testing, analysis and re-testing, which is exhausting and difficult, and often unrewarding because it is not focused on individual needs. Reed Bar Review helped me to understand every question that the bar examiners were asking, and the answers that they were expecting. Thanks, Hugh. Susan Salas, Esq. Dr. Christy A. Dear Hugh and Reed Law Group Staff, As you know, I came to Reed Law Group because I had to pass. You not only helped me pass Illinois but also Florida. Also, I cannot thank you enough for my time spent as a Tutor and Coach for your students. Transitioning from a student to a RLG Coach further assisted me in "paying forward" what you taught me! Now as Instructor in Charge of Florida's premier Legal Studies Program in St. Petersburg, I could not be where I am today without the wonderful experiences and opportunities you provided! Many thanks, Dr. Christy A. Powers, Esq.

Dear Professor Reed,
Thank you for providing me with the skills I needed to pass the Georgia bar! Not only did your staff present the black letter law but they also taught me the process required to pass. Many of my colleagues took the "traditional" bar preparation courses and just attended classes when they were scheduled. Your program allowed me to follow my own schedule, study when it was best for me and consult with my coach when it was convenient. Having this flexibility was crucial for my family life and I believe it made all the difference. Your program approach worked very well with my learning style. Instead of just memorizing black letter law, your techniques allowed me to recall specific element requirements during the bar exam. I truly believe that the additional information I was able to recall helped to improve my MBE and essay scores. Studying for the Georgia bar was not easy, but my weekly phone consults with my attorney coach kept me on schedule and always kept me motivated! Thank you, Christine M Bechtold, Esq. Diana Simmons,, Esq. - Attorney-at-Law
Dear Professor Reed,
Thank you so much for you wonderful Bar review program! It helped me pass the Georgia Bar with room to spare. The preparation I recieved from your course far exceeded what my classmates recieved with the big name review courses. There were so many lectures, practice questions, examples, practice tests, and your amazing staff to help. In addition to being better than the other courses, I believe its a much better value as well. I spent a fraction of what many of my classmates did on bar review. I have been happily serving as an Assistant Solicitor General since passing the Bar Exam and couldn't have gotten here without Reed Law Group! Diana Simmons, Esq. Victoria Schall - Attorney-at-Law

I believe Reed Bar Review is the key to taking the guessing game out of studying for any state's bar exam and succeeds where other review programs fail. Reed Bar Review provides students with the most creative and practical study materials, while simplifying the process, building confidence, and calming unnecessary fears through individually planned and focused hard work. Private tutoring through Reed Bar Review helped me not only conquer the Virginia Bar exam, but also helped me to become licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. I succeeded with Passing the New Jersey state bar. I am absolutely thrilled! Your bar review course WORKS! The easy to follow formats, mnemonics, constant encouragement, and feedback made it all possible for me to pass. Hugh, I was skeptical at first, but I know now first hand the proof is in the pudding. Please allow me to tell anyone and everyone not to waste their money on the other bar review courses. I know, I took some of them.

Reed Bar Review has been a life saver. I took the prep-course for the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and passed with flying colors. They make the material so simple and easy to comprehend, I had to use them again for the Delaware Bar Exam! They are the definition of the quote, "work smarter not harder." They tell you everything you need to know for guaranteed passage. You would be selling yourself short if you did not take advantage of this remarkable program. I recommend them with confidence.

I took the 1 on 1 Gold Instruction for the New York and New Jersey Bar Exam. My hero Hugh Reed was my personal instructor. This was my life and my livelihood so I wanted the greatest chance of passing the New York and New Jersey Bar Exam on the first try regardless of the cost. The 1 on 1 option appealed to me because it included a 98% pass rate, unlimited scheduled instruction with Hugh Reed, extensive materials for the MBE, State Specific, Multistate Performance Exam, and Essay portions of the bar exam. The 1 on 1 Gold Instruction provided me with personalized, performance-based training for all portions of the bar exam. It was a wonderful experience and I passed both exams on the first try!! I was entitled to continuous interaction with Hugh Reed and a personalized schedule, which was absolutely the most effective method for me. Hugh gave me rigorous advice as he monitored my progress closely assuring my maximum performance on the bar exam. I love you, Hugh!!! I had so much study material and immediate online access 5 months in advance of my New York and New Jersey bar examinations.
At one point during my studies, I became anxious and depressed. I couldn’t imagine passing the Bar Exams. I spoke with Hugh about my concern and he was compassionate and caring. He told me what I was feeling was normal but that I should follow my study schedule exactly as he set it up and to focus on my studies. I did exactly what my counsel ordered and I couldn’t be better! I passed the February bar exam for the state of Indiana using your online bar review course. Again, nothing but success because of the easy to follow format of your materials, and emphasis on application of the law under stressful conditions. I’ve become licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Indiana in less that a year due in no small part because of your bar review courses.

I was overwhelmed with the sheer volume of information that I received from taking other Bar Review courses. After completing those courses, I was frustrated and lost in all the details. I decided to take your online course after hearing about it from a friend. I didnt have anything to lose. Because of you, I passed the February Bar.
Your mini-reviews, handouts, mnemonics and other memory devices helped me build a go-to mental roadmap for each testable topic that was virtually fail-proof. Hands down the most effective and most efficient Bar Review course! Thank you. Lacey Valeska Richard E. Bryant - Attorney-at-Law
I am very pleased to report that I passed the bar exam for the state of Indiana in July. Your program was the key to my success for many reasons such as the mnemonics and acrostics that you taught me which proved to be extremely helpful under stressful testing conditions. Your personalized attention and the program’s materials made it easy to learn the legal concepts that are needed to pass the bar. Thanks to you, I am now a licensed attorney with my own practice in the state of Indiana.

After struggling with the MA Bar Exam, I was able to use the Reed Law Group "Guaranteed Pass" program to easily pass the AZ Bar Exam. I felt as if the Reed Law Group "Guaranteed Pass" program was tailor-made for me. As I studied, my confidence grew daily. With the personal attention from Hugh I was not only able to pass the Bar Exam, but I passed with points to spare. And, because of the extensive, thorough, and comprehensive nature of the program, I was relaxed throughout the 2 day exam, in stark contrast to some of the examinees I saw around me. To this day, 2 years later, I am still so confident in the program that if I need to take another bar exam, there is no doubt in my mind that I'll pass. All I need to do is call Hugh and the people at the Reed Law Group.

I just wanted to let you know that I passed the NM bar!!!! I saw my name on the February pass list and I was elated with so much joy, sense of accomplishment and relief! Your program was simply the BEST out there.
I decided to do some more research on bar preparation studies and found your program. The one-on-one tutoring seemed very promising because of the high passage rate. I was tired of being in legal purgatory and wanted a program that would be tailored to meet my specific needs. I took Barbri twice, PMBR once, and Celebration Bar Review once (which also offered tutoring). Thank you, Sofia Reyes McDermott Arcola Whatley, J.D. - Attorney-at-Law

Thanks to your course, I passed the February Maryland Bar Examination on my first try! The Reed Bar Review helped me focus on the important subtopics in the MBE and prepared me for the Essay topics that are commonly tested for Maryland. The program was so easy to use and it really helped relieve a lot of the stress and anxiety associated with taking the Bar Exam. The personalized attention from my coaches at Reed Law Group was invaluable. The individual instruction by phone and email helped me feel confident that my questions and weak areas of study were addressed. Because the programs were done at my pace I could spend as much or as little time on a subject as I wanted which allowed me to focus on the subjects with which I was uncomfortable without spending valuable time on material I already knew. I passed the California bar exam on the first time and my exam had the lowest pass rate of any exam in eight years.

I am a new admittee to the Alabama State Bar. I passed last February's Alabama Bar Examination using your Bronze option bar review course. I ultimately loved the course and I am not sure how I could have passed without it. I especially loved the mnemonics to help memorize different areas of law. To me, the mnemonics helped me succeed the most on my bar examination considering the time constraints we were given to call upon our knowledge of the law. The specialized one on one tutoring I received was priceless. Overall, Your Bar Review courses are a must have and I recommend them highly. Thank You. Destini L. Ross, EsquireAfter spending 20 plus years of my life in a classroom, the thought of studying for the biggest exam of my school-life in a classroom did not motivate me or intrigue me much at all. I learned about Reed Bar Review from a classmate and loved the idea of studying for the bar exam from any location in the country! I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in January, and decided not to take the February bar exam. I learned that Reed Bar Review allowed students to begin their studies from 5 months before the exam time. That was a route I definitely wished to take. Part of studying for the ‘beast’ is to fully understand yourself and your ways of studying and to know if you can be disciplined enough to study from home, as opposed to going to class. I personally wanted as much time as I could take to mentally and physically prepare for the bar. This would lead me on the path to passing the first time. Therefore, I participated in the small class tutorial and LOVED IT!!! Not once did I feel pressured, overwhelmed, or scared about the July exam that was approaching! I even questioned my tutor, Kate, if this was normal, as I had known many other people studying for the bar who were very anxious! Kate reassured me that this is how Hugh Reed’s program is designed and that I would be fine. And, sure enough- I was fine!! This past week I learned that I passed BOTH THE NEW YORK AND THE NEW JERSEY BAR EXAMS ON MY FIRST ATTEMPT!!!! Then, as I was coming out of Wyndam Hotel in Chicago, fresh from another one of those ungodly torture sessions where you go over your failed essays, and someone handed me a packet of information on this program. To be certain, I was very skeptical at first. After seeing my parents shell out thousands of dollars for BARBRI and Kaplan I said to myself, “Oh great, here’s another outfit selling magic beans.” To my immense satisfaction, I soon discovered that I was wrong. Hugh Reed and the people working for him are different than the rest. To borrow a saying from Hugh’s first profession: the people at Reed Law Group are like generals who really do know what it’s like to fight in a fox hole. They don’t just hand out a bunch of outlines with orders of “go read.” The people working at this program actually do care whether you pass or fail because they make it their business to see that you do. The two most important advantages to this program are the personal attention you receive and MBE training, at least that’s what counted for me. The coaches and staff have taken the bar numerous times, they know what to prepare you for and how to do it. Plus, the one-on-one coaching helps you get a sense of how you are progressing in your preparation. I want to be clear by saying that what Reed Law Group offers is no miracle cure, no 100% sure bet. Nothing can replace your own hard work and the determination not to get rattled on testing day. However, it would be remiss of me not to express my satisfaction and approval of these experienced people who actually helped me to achieve my dearest goal in life. Thank you Hugh, Kate, and all the other people of Reed Bar Review who worked so hard to help me. Your program is second to none and was vital to my success! One of the many reasons I chose you was because those "other" prep courses DID NOT offer individualized attention. I know because I called them. Your mnemonics and acrostics truly made the difference when it came to my memorizing and recalling (under exam stress) the mass amounts of information I needed to pass. Also, your materials were organized in a way that made what seemed like the impossible, manageable. Hello Hugh, I wanted to tell you thank you for all of the help that you gave me in preparing to take the Bar exam in CA. I passed the Bar and it was my first attempt, as you know. Not only that, but I had many things come up during my prep time that almost threw my studies off completely. The 1 on 1 course that you provided really did help me and I am so glad that I decided to use your approach to prepare. I have recommended your course to all of my friends who did not pass the bar with me in February. Once again, thank you so much I was so excited when I found out that I passed and I will be forever grateful for the help you gave me. Sincerely, Billy Salem UWLA Bobby Ljiljanic Looking back, Reed Bar Review was AWESOME. It worked liked magic. I didn`t think I`d be able to remember all the mnemonics, but sure enough, on the day of the test, I remembered everything I needed to. The exam practically wrote itself. Hugh presented the material in a quick and easy to understand method. Some of the questions I did in practice ended up showing up on the actual MBE. I`m so glad I did Reed Bar Review rather than BarBri or PMBR." Hugh is a genius, pure and simple. Kind regards, Will Randall Case Western Reserve Heather LaBombardiHi Hugh, I just found out that I passed both the NY and NJ bars on my first and only try!!! I wanted to thank you for all of your help and guidance that you provided me during this time. I truly could not have done this seemingly impossible task with out you and the rest of your staff. You were very supportive, and you always lead me in the right direction. When I was doubting myself, which I would often do, because I am very hard on myself, you told me that I was fine, and I was ahead of schedule. Going over all of the past exams proved to be the best thing I could have ever done...You had provided us with a Trusts folder in NY with some past questions. These were not on the NY website, but I decided to do them anyway, and I did them, put them in the IROL matrix, and studied them. Wouldn't you know that there was a trusts question on the same exact issue that was in one of these questions that many people had never seen before, but I had, and I knew exactly how to answer it. The thousands of MBE questions that we had at our fingertips was great for me because I am not the best at multiple choice. I ended up scoring a 157.7 scaled on the MBE!!! I was very happy with that!!! I could not be more pleased, and I have you to thank!!! I will be your biggest advocate, and I have been singing the praises of this program before I even found out my results, because I felt that confident going in and when I came out of the exam. Sincerely, Kris Bowen, Attorney-at-Law University of Tulsa College of Law Jennifer DontosDear Hugh, I just wanted to let you know that thanks to Reed Bar Review, I passed the Texas Bar exam on my first try, and I owe it all to you, your staff and my fabulous attorney-coach. While it is a significant accomplishment to pass the bar, to me, this is monumental for a few reasons. First, I did not attend law school in Texas so I was starting out behind the curve when I signed up for the course. Second, I had been out of law school for a year before signing up for a review course so that "study, study, study" mode was something I had to ramp up for again. Finally, during the review my husband's work schedule was insane and I had a four year old who needed as much attention as my bar review work. That said, it is a true testament to how effective your program is, if someone like me, with multiple obstacles can conquer the exam the first time. I was hours away from signing up with BarBri when your flyer came in the mail. Your program was exactly what I needed, streamlined and to the point. I didn't need 15 books and an endless class schedule that was sure to be sleep inducing. And to anyone who thinks that the program is too streamlined and they may be missing something by not having 15 books and in person classes, I would tell them that is not the case at all. I knew nothing of Texas law and with your materials was able to get everything I needed to pass the test. The on-line practice tests were invaluable, being able to listen to lectures on my own schedule and the assigned homework really kept me on track. Most of all, the personal attention from my attorney coach was something BarBri just can't match. Michelle DeLotto is my hero. She gave me a plan and made sure I kept on track. She was my cheerleader when I needed it and my sounding board when I thought I was going to crack. To me, it was more like having a really smart friend to help me through the review process than a teacher, because she was just so easy to work with. I would gladly recommend your program to anyone in search of a review course and am happy to speak to anyone who may be hesitant. You really can pass the bar without the excess BarBri provides. Thank you so much, I could not have done it without all of you. Jennifer Dontos Seattle University School of Law K.M., ESQDear Professor Reed, I wanted to thank you for helping me pass the Florida bar!! I NEVER could have passed without you. My family and I will always be grateful for the encouragement, the coaching, and the materials you gave me to beat the bar. Having such a wise and likeable staff like Christy Powers, Elaina, and Kelly, make the Reed Bar Review that much more superior to other bar courses! Thank you for helping me reach my dream of becoming an attorney! K.M., ESQ Barry University School of Law V. GroszkoHugh, My first run at the Illinois bar exam rewarded countless nights of cramming with one point short of a passing grade. It was a terrible combination: passive lecture in the morning followed by 8-10 hours of work during the day and studying 100+ page outlines written in small print at night. I set myself up for failure (and wasn't the only one!). Your program isn't a study course but a battle plan. Your attorneys assessed my weaknesses, catalogued my strengths, and exploited things that needed to be improved upon while coaching me the entire way. Your no-BS approach relentlessly drives for measurable results based on trial and correction. Your checklists and mnemonics cut my analyzation and response time dramatically. The end of every exam session left me with a solid 25 to 30 minutes to stare at the walls and think about lunch. The feedback and coaching closed the deal for me: you can't fix something if you don't know you're doing it wrong! I made the mistake of saying "hello" to the property lecturer from that other program and was rewarded with "no questions!" for a response. I wonder if he knows he's lecturing on bad law that was actually tested on the Feb 08 exam? Good luck asking him (or any other one of those lecturers) a question. My MBE score this round allowed me to apply to DC on motion instead of sitting for another exam and my name was just placed on the U.S. Federal Tax Court roll of attorneys. I demanded results and your program produced them. Go hard or go home! Hoorah, Hugh! V. Groszko Thomas Cooley Law School Doug ConradHugh, I don’t know how to thank you! FagerbergDear Hugh, Having failed the Texas Bar Exam three times, I must admit that I had begun to regret having gone to law school. Now that I have passed, I only regret not having enrolled in your course sooner. I raised my MBE score by 25 points and achieved 150 more overall points than I had ever scored previously. I had stubbornly returned to the Barbri course thinking that I would eventually learn enough law to pass. As it turns out, it was a waste of money and priceless time. I look back now at when your organization first sent me a brochure. Ignoring it was my worst mistake. I lost years of my life and burdened my spouse with debt and worry. For those who may read this and are skeptical about paying your fee, I would suggest they merely consider it a semester of preparation they never got in law school. I know that you have already moved on to help other students in your life’s calling, but I want you to know that I will be eternally grateful to you for what you have done for me and my family. I owe my success on passing the bar exam to you, your staff and your program. After not passing the exam the first time around with a low Multistate Bar Exam (MBE) score it seemed that passing the bar was next to impossible. You kept telling me that not only could I pass it but that I would pass as long as I followed your program. I did everything that you told me to do and sure enough, it worked out. Every part of your program was great, allowing me to recognize and fine tune my strengths as well as recognizing my weaknesses and building them up. The memory exercises that I did on mybraintrainer.com definitely worked because I was recalling your mnemonics and acrostics as if I had known them for years. I was pretty scared when I failed the MPRE exam on the first try (studied for it on my own), but your course gave me the knowledge and confidence to pass the IL Bar Exam (and the MPRE a few days afterwards). Now the real fun is beginning (trying to land a job interview in Chicago). Thanks again for everything. Jay J. Verdugo Thomas Cooley Law School George Bockhold, Jr., J.D., Esq.The subject program allowed me to pass the Alabama Bar Examination on the first try. I highly recommend the five month small class tutorial program for all bar applicants as a method to significantly enhance the probability of your passing the Bar. This program allows the student to thoroughly cover all topics and practice answering all types of multiple choice and essay questions that have been tested on past recent examinations. Attorney-coaches provide feedback and helpful suggestions to enhance your study and examination practice efforts. The study materials and copies of past examinations with appropriate answers are provided, and the student does not have to spend critical study time researching and organizing the documents that should be reviewed. Key legal elements are highlighted in the program by the use of mnemonic and acrostic memory aids. My personal review for the Bar Examination required emphasis on the essay sections. The subject program allowed for this emphasis, provided attorney-coach feedback on my essays, provided suggested methods to best answer essay questions, and allowed for significant practice in answering a multitude of essay questions. Critical issues and rules of law were reviewed. I personally believe that review of just MBE multiple-choice questions and topics is not sufficient to adequately prepare for the essay examinations. An essay strategy must be included in your study program, and I highly recommend the Reed Law Group's approach. In summary, on the day that I finished the examination, I felt that I had passed. Further, when I received the actual results, I passed on the first try by my achieving a score 10% higher than required on both the multiple-choice (MBE) and essay (MEE) sections of the Bar Examination . The Reed Bar Review's approach that I followed during the five months prior to the examination was instrumental in my results and I highly recommend their program to future Bar candidates. I am so very grateful for your help, advice and tips through the process of preparation for the bar exam. You not only guided and coached me, but were always available to answer a question. Every bit of advice was tremendously effective and helpful for my success. The program was designed to be as "pain free" as possible, so that I actually enjoyed listening to the audios and following the outline. Thank you so very much!!!! I am so glad that I chose your bar review course. Thank you and God bless Saba Husain Thomas Cooley Law School Mark M.What can I say, Reed Bar Review has a proven method that works! You don't have to re-invent the wheel, nor any outlines for that matter. They teach you what the bar exam tests for and how they test you on those subjects. If you put in the work and time, you will certainly not be disappointed. With their one-on-one tutoring, you get specialized help that is tailored to your weaknesses and to your schedule. The cost was worth every penny and was the best investment I made for my career! Mark M. John Marshall Law School Wendy FlanniganDear Reed Bar Review, Please have anyone and everyone who has questions about Reed Bar Review contact me. Hugh, Michelle, and the staff at Reed Bar Review helped me more than I can ever explain. The best day of my life was when I passed the bar and you all made that happen. Seriously, I can never explain or thank you for what you have done for me. I never want anyone to go through the pain I went through from failing the bar the first time. Bar/Bri is such a scam, how dare they con so many people when there is a program like this!! A million thanks for helping me accomplish my dream. Wendy Flannigan Texas Wesleyan Shanida Derrick-Maddox, Esq.Dear Hugh, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!! I finally passed the Texas Bar Exam with your individualized tutoring. Words cannot express my gratitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Shanida Derrick-Maddox, Esq. Texas Southern University NGSDear Hugh, Having taken the bar 3 times without coming close to passing, my motivation as well as confidence had dwindled. I felt as if there was a huge mountain in front of me with no way of climbing it. I was desperate for help and I knew Bar/Bri was not the way to go considering I had enrolled all three times before failing each bar. I looked online and came across PassYourBar.com. After speaking with Hugh and doing a little research on my own I decided to take the plunge and go for it with Reed Bar Review. It was the best move I could have made!! Hugh's lectures, course materials, and essay format were so incredibly helpful. My score on my essays improved by almost 50% and my score on my multiple choices improved immensely as well!! I passed the Bar on the fourth try with plenty of points to spare!! I will never forget the help and motivation of Reed Bar Review. Hugh and his team truly have the formula for beating the Bar and I can't say enough of how helpful Reed Bar Review's program was. With immense gratitude, NGS John Marshall Law School K.A.H.Dear Hugh, Thank you so much for having such a great bar exam prep course. I passed the July Texas Bar Exam, with a lot of points to spare! The reason I failed my first attempt at the Texas bar exam was my low essay scores. I went to law school in Louisiana and knew very little about Texas State law. I was extremely discouraged until I found out about your course and purchased the self-study Texas audio course. This course helped me focus on the material that was actually going to be on the exam, instead of overwhelming me with masses of information. I found the handouts to be extremely helpful. The mnemonics, such as Farm Animals Play Cards Nightly (that was my favorite), really helped jog my memory on essay day! I had an organized plan of attack for each essay subject that I did not have before. I recommend your course highly. K.A.H. Tulane University Law School EEWRDear Hugh: I passed!!! You and your tutors are wonderful!!! You helped me focus me on the "big points" so I could increase my MBE score. I completed all of the practice MBEs and went in averaging well above anything I had done before. My score increased by 12 points!! I was told that the MBE score "never increases more than 2 or 3 points" by a seasoned Bar/Bri lecturer. You proved him wrong. I scored 139.3 and only needed 133 to pass. You and your tutors helped me develop a masterful study program. I had followed the study program provided by Bar/Bri and PMBR but they never helped me recognize specific areas of weakness (for example in consideration for contracts). I just kept answering questions and getting them wrong. The mini-bars online and the analysis you provided for my MBE answers were superb in helping me focus my studying especially because I worked while studying for the bar. Your mnemonics and pictures were great very helpful. I could memorize quickly then master the area. The DUIMULE is implanted in my mind forever. I can't say enough and will definitely recommend you to anyone I know studying for the bar. Continue to give hope to those who are not natural born standardized test takers but are willing to work very hard. EEWR UDC, David A. Clarke School of Law JRTo Prospective Bar Candidates: I scored a 166 on the MBE with Pass Your Bar. I started with traditional bar review courses and only later found out about PassYourBar.com’s One-on-One program. By the end, I wondered to myself: why do people waste time and money with the other bar review alternatives? The best materials are the Reed Bar Review materials. I attribute my success to Hugh Reed’s audio materials, hard work, Hugh’s own copyrighted practice questions, as well as released questions by the NCBE. If you are ready to put in the necessary work, and listen to what Hugh tells you to do daily, there is no way you will fail with this program. Reed Bar Review provides you all the artillery you need to go to war against the bar exam! JR SMU Steve T.Dear Hugh and Staff, Thanks for your help. I passed the Florida bar examination after I used your program. Your frequent contacts, memory devices, and guidance helped me do that. I had previously taken another preparation course, but failed the examination after that course. I failed then not because of a lack of study. I was an older student, and thought that perhaps it was too late in my life to be able to pass a bar examination. Not so with your help. Thanks again, Steve T. Barry University School of Law Steven WeinbergHugh, I graduated in the bottom quarter of my law school class. Statistically, the cards were stacked against me after graduating from a school with the lowest pass rate in the state. But thanks to your program, I'm on my way to being a lawyer! Thanks to you and the entire Reed Bar Review staff. I'm trying to spread the Reed Bar Review gospel whenever I can. Steven Weinberg John Marshall Law School A.L.I graduated from a California law school known for its high bar pass rates. Like everyone else, I took Bar/Bri thinking that was the sure way to pass. After taking out yet another student loan to finance my bar prep, I didn't pass. A few months later, I moved to Texas and geared up for the Texas bar, determined to do it right this time. I started getting mailings from passyourbar.com, saw the testimonials, and thought that maybe this was a fluke! But, after looking at the website, I decided to give it a try. There are many options to choose from, so I chose a program that focused on Texas essay subjects. Throughout my studying, everyone at PassYourBar was incredibly helpful (Hugh even called me personally once!). When I sat for the bar, I applied everything I learned and couldn't believe how much I actually remembered. I sincerely believe it was thanks to your program that I passed. And I didn't just pass; I had several points to spare -- no where near my California experience! If I ever move to another state, I'd know who to call for my bar prep. Thanks, A.L. Robyn Trivon, Attorney-at-LawDear Hugh, ...if at first you don't succeed....don't despair. Your tutoring made the all the difference from the traditional bar reviews I used first. Robyn Trivon, Attorney-at-Law Lincoln Law School Ken Oshura, Attorney-at-LawHugh, Thanks a million! Allowing me five months to study with you instead of trying to cram all the information in two months really helped me learn what has been tested on past California Bar Exams. Also, the flexibility of studying when I wanted to access the information 24/7 and then talking to my tutor/coach when it was convenient for me, instead of commuting to a bar review site and just taking notes, helped me tremendously with my clerkship and the ability to resolve questions I had quickly. I passed on my first attempt! Ken Oshura, Attorney-at-Law Southwestern Law School Cristy OakesFor those of you reading this who may be skeptical, YOU MUST STRONGLY CONSIDER Reed Bar Review as your bar review course. Why not do it right the first time? You cannot afford to take your bar exam more than once, it is just too important. I enrolled in the one-on-one course and a Reed Bar Review attorney called me three times a week to answer my questions and check my progress. This was a huge motivator for me. Reed Bar Review really cares about your performance on the bar exam. You will not be just a number. This bar review will set you up for success. I also found the Reed Bar Review mnemonics and memory devices to be very useful for the essay portion of the exam. My study time was cut in half, compared to my colleagues. Plus with PassYourBar I knew that I was studying what would actually appear on the bar exam, not useless information. The best features for me were the MBE practice exams. I took at least 5 practice exams. I always knew what areas I was making progress in and which areas I needed to study harder in. I am grateful that there is a program like this that welcomes all learning styles. Please consider this program before you select your bar review course. Cristy Oakes Thomas M. Thanks to your program I made a 140 on the MBE and a 147 on the written portion of the Alabama Bar Exam. I had taken so many simulated MBEs that the actual MBE was not a big deal. The mnemonics, checklists, and other essay training also gave me plenty of material to work with on the written portion. I left the Alabama Bar Exam knowing that I had passed. Reed Bar Review and the one-on-one tutorials with Hugh Reed were the key to my success. I was able to study and prepare for the exam in my own home at my own pace. Hugh's one-on-one instruction was so helpful, he was able to help me with weak area's and then reinforce the material later to make sure I was clear. Taking simulated MBEs under timed conditions several times before the actual exam took the anxiety out of the real MBE on the bar exam. The essay preparation was awesome. I wished I would have known the method Hugh teaches while I was in law school! Overall, it was by far the best investment I made. Now, I can reap the benefits of all the hard work. R.K. - South Texas College of Law Houston, Texas Gina SmithDear Hugh Thank you so very, very much! After being away from law for twenty years, your bar review course gave me the information and the insight to pass the Texas Bar exam the first time. The handouts you provided were on target; I was able to prepare SMARTLY for the bar examination AND feel confident about my knowledge level and strategies. Thanks again and thanks a million, Gina Smith UT Lupita AguilarHugh -- THANKS A MILLION!!! Once again, I want to thank you for your exceptional program and your ability to have created what should be regarded as the highest ranking bar exam study course available. I could not have improved my score (an overall total of 87 points) by having repeated the BAR/BRI study course or with PMBR. When I saw my name on the pass list Wednesday, I could not even speak (and the ability to speak is not something lawyers lack) I was so elated that I can now move on to my practice. I am opening my own firm on Ocean Drive in Corpus Christi, Texas --It couldn't get any better. I am still floating from the excitement. But I owe it all to you and your program. I can't imagine anyone studying for the bar without your course. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine who was unsuccessful with BAR/BRI was contemplating trying BAR/BRI again. I convinced her to take your course and told her I was so confident she would pass that I would send her the referral fee that you sent me and did. SHE PASSED!!!!! My son-in-law is a future law school candidate and I am paying his fee to take your course, not only for law school tutoring but for the bar exam as well. I have spoken to other people about your bar exam prep course and they have either signed up or are preparing to do so. I am forever a fan of Reed Bar Review!!!!!! Lupita Aguilar University, of Houston Law Center Jarold HeasleySubject: I PASSED!!! Hugh - What can I say? Thank you ever so much! I just wish I had known the "secret" the first time I took the bar! Jarold Heasley University of Houston Law Center Nathan BrownHugh, I passed the Texas bar yesterday!!! I have to thank you for all of your guidance throughout this process. At first I was skeptical about the program because it was not one of the "name brand" bar reviews. However, you were above and beyond what I imagined. Your one-on-one tutoring was amazing. I took BAR/BRI and found that they gave too much information and expected you to cram it in your brain within two months--not realistic. As for PMBR, I thought that was a waste of time; end of story. Your mnemonics and acrostics are the way to go. If anyone reading this doubts Hugh's methods, become a believer because I was in your shoes once. Now, I just passed the bar and I owe it to Hugh. Nathan Brown UT MSFHugh, I want to thank you for everything you did to prepare me for the February bar exam. Handwriting the issues and rules, memorizing the mnemonics, and participating in the interactive Q&A conference calls during the 2 weeks leading up to the exam were a lot of work, but had me squared away for the Alabama essays and the MEE. I stuck to your writing format and did well on content and time. Our work for the MBE: studying only what is tested, targeting my weaknesses, polishing my strengths (what few there were), and practicing under testing conditions really helped; It was an efficient and effective method of studying. The weekly individual calls kept my feet to the fire while still allowing me to set my own schedule. Having bored you with all of the above, I wanted you to know that it resulted in a composite score of 155 including a scaled score of 168 on the MBE. There's no way I could have done it without your help. Thanks so much! MSF Birmingham School of Law, Alabama JB, AttorneyDear Hugh, Thank you so much for helping me pass the Illinois bar exam. JB, Attorney The John Marshall Law School Christy Lee, Esq.Dear Hugh, Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I came to Pass Your Bar because I had to pass. My job was depending on it. I was an out of state bar applicant who never took a Florida law school course. You were able to provide the bottom line without having me read endless outlines. I learned the nuances of Florida law that I was not given in any other bar review course on the market. Your mnemonics are priceless when it came to taking the exam. I was able to recall everything I needed to know for the Florida exam. I wish that I had taken this course the first time I took the exam. I would recommend this to first time and repeat takers. Thanks again!! Christy Lee, Esq. John Marshall Law School A.H.Dear Hugh, I had failed the Kentucky bar exam three times and was ready to give up when I found out about Reed Bar Review. I had taken all the bar review courses they tell you about in law school and was obviously not pleased with the results. I enrolled in the One-on-One session and got started. I spoke with you, Hugh, every day, worked countless questions that you assigned to me based on my performance, and listened to the CDs you provided me. I learned what areas were tested most and what areas to avoid. Everyone that had ever passed the bar told me that "it would all come together and you'll understand the law." It had never "came together for me" until I took this class. You told me exactly what to do based on my performance. This time, I went into the bar exam with confidence and a feeling of being prepared. I saw plenty of questions I could handle easily based on your training, used the tactics I was taught in your course, and did not get discouraged in the middle of the exam. When I finished it was the first time that I had left with a feeling that I had a chance of passing. That feeling became a reality when I saw my results. Take it from someone who has taken the other exam prep courses, this is the way to go! You don't have to wait for your second, third, fourth or even fifth time attempting to pass -- let Hugh help you pass the first time! Thank you for letting me get on with my life. A.H. Appalachian School of Law DP AttorneyDear Hugh, I want to thank you for creating an outstanding bar review program! I finally passed the bar after sitting for it eight times using other traditional bar review programs; you name them, I took them. While other bar review programs wasted time trying to cover obscure areas of law, your program covers just the materials that are commonly and repeatedly tested. In fact, because of your individual attention, I discovered for the first time in my life that I was suffering from a sleeping disorder -- you sent me to a specialist after recognizing my inability to focus on assigned tasks. That alone was worth the tuition for one-on-one tutoring! To All Prospective Reed Bar Review Students: Hugh will focus your studying like a laser beam to your problem areas. This is the key to studying for the bar exam. You will not waste time with subject areas that you are already comfortable with. If you are working a full time job and trying to studying for the exam, Hugh will definitely work with you on your schedule. Take it easy, JB JR, Attorney-at-LawDear Hugh, I want to thank you personally for your excellent materials and flashcards. I passed the Florida Bar with flying colors! Your materials and flashcards were extremely helpful and helped me improve my MBE score by 10 points. I had compared your materials with PMBR and BAR/BRI and your materials were the best; for example, BAR/BRI (perhaps one can call it negligence) was silent on larceny merging into robbery. No indication of such merger! You can see the Conviser materials. Keep up the good work! Best regards, JR, Attorney-at-Law Rob Kirchhoefer, Attorney-at-LawHugh! Can you believe it?! I owe this all to you; I did everything you said to do and it worked! It's nothing short of a miracle. Let me know if you want me to talk to your next group; I want to tell them how your tactics work where the others don't. Thank you. L. D. South Texas College of Law Lou Ann NolanDear Mr. Reed, I took PMBR, BAR/BRI, and MicroMash (I met their pass guarantee, which isn't easy) and did not pass the bar the first time. The second time around I studied your materials and increased my score by about 70 points. Another friend that I told about your program, increased their score by about 50 points the second time and passed as well. Other friends had like results. Your program makes sense, is concise, and tells it like it is. It gave me the tools I needed to pass. In law school, I was a member of the legal honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, I abjured a couple of classes and received an award from the faculty for being the most outstanding female graduate of my graduating class. Passing the bar is not about grades or your knowledge of the law so much as it is about form, strategy, and organization. You can "know" the law and still do poorly on the bar exam. You gave me the tools I needed and taught me how to use them efficiently and effectively. I felt like I was taking an invisible tool box into the exam that I opened up anytime I needed to utilize it. It was empowering. One of my friends who did well with your materials and passed the second time around (he didn't have your materials the first time because he wouldn't listen to me and thought BAR/BRI was all he needed) summed it up in two words, "Hugh Rocks!" I highly recommend your program to all the students at STCL and discourage all the other law schools from using your program because I want South Texas' bar pass rates to knock the others out of the ball park!!!! Thank you again for such a great program. Lou Ann Nolan South Texas College of Law Sana AyubiDear Mr. Reed, I just found at last weekend that I passed the Georgia Bar Exam. Your unique approach to the essay and Multistate sections of the bar exam is unsurpassed. Having been out of law school (Detroit College of Law) for more than ten years, I thought my chances for success were slim to none. Thank you so much! Ashley Dworksy Attorney, New York & Illinois IL, Attorney and Counselor-at-LawDear Hugh, As you know, I passed the Virginia bar on my first attempt.. The Reed system appealed to me because it was possible to interact with you and have questions answered directly. While my interactions with BAR/BRI are limited, my experience has been that they typically rely on videotaped presentations, and, when there are actually live presenters, questions are not allowed during the presentations. The result is that if you have a specific question, you are relegated to standing in line with 20-30 other students after class hoping to get a minute of the instructor's time. The Reed system provides its students with concise outlines, helpful mnemonics and extensive samples of ACTUAL previous essay questions. People may have the heart, drive, perseverance and determination, however, sometimes something is missing that could have pushed them over the top and could have been the difference between success and failure. My life was on hold for two years trying to pass with other bar reviews. Then, after three attempts and finally finding PassYourBar.com, I passed the Texas Bar. People ask me, time and again, whether PassYourBar.com and Hugh Reed helped and whether his fee was worth it. I passed didn't I? I owe a lot to Hugh Reed. Now, I can get my life in order and show all those who were skeptics, how good an attorney I will be. However, there is one caveat: do not waste your time and money or his if you are not ready to put in the time and effort. Results talk, everything else walks. Other testimonials and PassYourBar.com statistics are proof that Hugh Reed produces results. Thank you again, Bill Sutherland, Attorney James PetersonDear Hugh/Prospective Reed Bar Review Student, just got my MBE results and my scaled score was a 141! After sitting several times for the Multistate, studying like crazy with other bar reviews, and not being successful, I am sure that the reason I passed was Hugh Reed and PassYourBar.com. The secret was that Hugh Reed demanded one thing from me: follow his schedule everyday. Although I worked hard, I never felt overwhelmed by big outlines or had to learn esoteric concepts of law. Hugh and his program helped me focus on what was on the Bar Exam only! Plus, Hugh helped me pinpoint my weaknesses and build my learning to the point that I felt confident while studying. Moreover, Hugh designed an approach that combined actual test questions, great, easy to follow lectures on tape, and prepared study materials and memory devices that made the law easy to remember. Finally, Hugh was so helpful in coaching my on study methods, stress reduction, etc., so that I was able to check into my hotel the night before the Bar and relax before the exam. Hugh, I want to thank you personally for all of your support, encouragement and for this wonderful program. Thank you for helping me believe in myself and my own abilities. You have truly made a difference in my life. Sincerely, James Peterson S.F.L. Attorney-at-LawDear Hugh, It is with great excitement and gratitude that I am writing to you, having just passed last July's Texas Bar Exam! As you are aware, I was down to my fifth and final attempt at the Texas Bar, having taken both BAR/BRI and PMBR (multiple times!) without success. Your small-group tutorial, coupled with your one-on-one "no nonsense" approach, was a different story altogether! Through your detailed group telephone conferences, realistic MBE diagnostics, and our one-on-one discussions, you helped me to recognize my weaknesses. Then, with your on-point compendium of frequently tested essay areas and your regular evaluations of my submitted practice work, I began to understand how to turn those weaknesses into opportunities to earn points! Perhaps most of all, I am grateful for the sensible, organized approach you taught me for answering the Texas Essays. I was able to answer all questions thoroughly and efficiently, with no wasted time, and for the first time ever, I actually left the exam room with confidence! Hugh, your help and guidance made the difference for me, and I can finally get on with my life…as an attorney! Thank you so much! Sincerely, S.F.L. Attorney-at-Law St. Mary’s University School of Law Maria De LunaHello Hugh, I took your course this past Summer. I am proud to say that I passed my Texas Bar Exam and am so relieved! I improved by 71 points [total score of 735!!!!] My MBE score was 146 which is an 11 point jump from my previous score. I spoke with an acquaintance of mine from San Antonio/St. Mary's Law School who was unsuccessful on the July bar exam. He was so excited for me that when I told him all about your course and my score he has decided to sign up for your course. I must say that I was surprised with my high score because aside from my test anxiety which caused me to see the text blurred off and on during the 3 agonizing days I came to find out 4 weeks ago that I have adult attention deficit disorder [distractibility]. This meant that I had taken my bar exams before while undiagnosed for adult ADD! Had it not been for your test taking strategies and your immediate guidance and consultation, I don't think that I would have passed under those conditions. Thanks a million!!! Respectfully & thankfully, Maria De Luna University of Houston Law Center Gardner EastlandMr. Reed, THANK YOU! I took BAR/BRI and PMBR, but I still was not 100% confident before I took last July's Texas Bar. After ordering and listening to your 3-day crash course for Texas; I thought I was set. I was right! I passed the Texas Bar Exam with almost 100 points to spare on the first try. Your materials were excellent, your mnemonics, checklists, and memory devices made cramming simple, and the package as a whole boosted my confidence through the roof! Thank you, thank you, thank you. If there is anything I can do for you please do not hesitate to ask me. Your 3-day crash course got me way across the finish line. THANKS AGAIN! Kindest regards, Gardner Eastland Southern Methodist University RPK, Attorney-at-LawHugh Reed's course taught me how to pass the Bar, period! I had made two attempts and felt like I was on the fringes of a career change. I had dog-eared the pages of other bar review courses (BAR/BRI and PMBR) but felt like there was just too much information to keep track of. I needed structure and a strategy. Through Hugh's tapes, lectures, and one-on-one discussions, I was able to read, write and, most of all, present what the bar examiners expect. Now, I'm confident enough to make further attempts as I will be sitting for another state's bar soon. This is the best course money can buy; believe it! RPK, Attorney-at-Law Chicago-Kent College of Law Davina De Braux, Attorney-at-LawDear Hugh, Thank you so much. I passed the Virginia Bar Exam. This was my fifth attempt so I really needed to pass. Previously I used BAR/BRI, PMBR, MicroMash and Study Group to no avail. The Reed Bar Review one-on-one tutorial was so interactive and strategically comprehensive, I overcame and dominated the exam. The 6-day and 3-day MBE tutorials were very powerful. The 6-day review was unique with instant analysis. The 3-day review had issues and tips that were directly on point on my bar exam. The Multistate Bar Exam was actually easy to me. I found only one or two questions difficult and nothing caught me off guard. It was great! Your mnemonics, checklists, and essay training were right on point. You gave me the tools to quickly analyze questions and answer them. I analyzed and wrote a thorough answer for one question within 15 minutes. Having a visual disability, Reed Bar Review's wide variety of material and testing techniques gave me the tools that best suited my needs. The teleconference classes were great--no time wasted commuting. The extensive collection of audiotapes was great. The emailed MBE questions allowed me to increase the font to suit my visual disability. I thank God for finding you. I will never have to sit for the Virginia Bar Exam again. Davina De Braux, Attorney-at-Law University of Iowa Greg Cade Attorney-at-LawDear Hugh, I can't tell you how much your small-class tutorials helped me pass the Alabama Bar Exam. Like everyone else, I took BAR/BRI and PMBR and was unsuccessful...until I heard about you. Your mnemonics, checklists, and clear guidance made the difference for me. Thank you. Now I can finally start my life practicing law. Greg Cade Attorney-at-Law Miles Law School Ted Williams, Jr. Attorney-at-LawHello Hugh, I just wanted to thank you and tell you that using your tutoring helped me PASS the Alabama bar exam! Can you believe it! The pass rate for July was a grand 18% and since I started taking the exam here, it was never over 35%. I will tell you the Multistate materials of yours WERE the difference. My Multistate score was always pretty high (ranging from 130 to 145) but my 148 this time was the key to passing. Also, your MBE and Alabama study guides are unbelievable. During the exam, I was offered $300 for the study guide. I had 6 people offer to buy my book; I could not believe it. They were all stunned at how detailed it was but also how quick it was to read (It takes around 5 to 10 minutes per subject). Have a good day and I will talk with you later. Thanks again Hugh, YOU and your course MADE the difference! Have a nice day Ted Williams, Jr. Attorney-at-Law Birmingham School of Law J. G.Dear Hugh, Thank you for helping me pass the Illinois bar exam. I could not have done it with out your help!! The previous bar exam that I took last July I missed passing by 33 points. I tried all the other bar exam courses and was never even close to passing. I found that their materials and techniques for passing the bar were outdated. What your course did for me was break down the material into a simple form, by giving great legal definitions and examples. The most helpful part of the course was the MBE test tactics because they directed me to the right answer choice and kept me away from the sucker choices. These tactics increased my MBE score by 20 points. I also think that your essay writing tactics helped me achieve a higher score on the Illinois and MEE essays by teaching me how to lay out my essays in simple way so that bar graders would give me the points I deserved. One of the main reasons why the course is successful is due to fact that you care about your students and want them to pass. I did not get that same feeling from the other bar prep courses. I know that my alma mater, The John Marshall Law School, is having trouble with their bar pass rate. I think that your course would help a lot of the John Marshall students pass the bar exam. I would recommend your course to any person that is having trouble passing the bar or any first time taker. Thank you once again for all your help and God Bless You!! Sincerely, J. G. John Marshall Law School Albert Y. SolisMr. Reed, Thank you! I just passed the July Texas Bar Exam on the first try with 45 points to spare. While I also took PMBR and BAR/BRI, I kept getting lost in the "trees" of details. In the middle of my bar exam preparation efforts, I ordered your Texas 3-day crash course. Your mnemonics and quick checklists helped me to stay focused on the overall forest. In addition, your methods gave me huge boost of confidence. I think you are exactly right when you draw an analogy between taking a bar exam and crash landing an airplane. In such a situation, you have very little time to think under such intense pressure. By having mnemonics and quick checklists in the front of your mind, you are able to react almost automatically and come to a safe landing. Your Texas 3-day crash course is a lifesaver and I highly recommend it for those taking the Texas Bar Exam. Sincerely, Albert Y. Thanks to you and your materials I was successful on February's Texas exam and will be sworn in next week. I previously used BAR/BRI and PMBR but was unsuccessful each time. I can honestly tell you, your individualized approach and unique strategies were far superior than any approach I had used before. Thanks again for all of your help! I can now move on with my life! DRA St. Mary's University Law School John CosenzaDear Mr. Reed, I took your 3-day Texas "crash" course for the Feb Texas Bar. I had already passed the bar in Illinois and wanted a quick overview course of Multistate and Texas Law because of my work schedule (I run a division for a company). I did not want to enroll in BAR/BRI or PMBR because their courses are too long and they have too much material to review. Thanks to you I scored a 160 score on the MBE and passed the Texas bar exam with points to spare. The Multistate and Texas information was on-point, concise, and great. The overall experience was absolutely incredible and I would recommend this course to every Texas examinee for a final tune-up for the Texas Bar Exam. If you ever need any help in Texas or to use me as a reference, call me anytime. Thanks and sincerely, John Cosenza DePaul University College of Law TKDear Hugh, Thanks to your program, I passed the Illinois Bar Exam after two prior unsuccessful tries preparing with BAR/BRI, BAR/BRI's MicroMash, and PMBR. Your program boiled the bar exam down to its bare essentials and made it easy to focus and concentrate on what is important to capture maximum points. I would strongly recommend this program over the other commercial bar reviews that I tried. Hugh Reed's system is especially valuable to busy, working professionals that need to maximize productivity and concentrate their study time so the same mistakes aren't repeated again. Thanks Hugh. TK DePaul University College of Law Poppy JohnsonWinning the lottery requires luck. Passing your bar requires a competitive edge. This course provides the inside knowledge on how to study effectively, what you need to know to pass your exam, the issues most likely to be tested (by jurisdiction), and ways to remember key information that can make the difference in receiving those crucial last points to success. Hugh Reed is a first rate instructor who uses humor, actual knowledge from past bar exams and clever mnemonics to explain the tougher facets of the law. Put down your lucky charm and pick up this course today. Increase your odds and pass your bar! Poppy Johnson Moritz College of Law, The Ohio State University Sunshine Dillard-AndrianoDear Hugh, I passed!! I just want to thank you for all of your help. As you know I was a 2nd time taker in Illinois and was fearful of failing again. I had taken all of the commercial bar review courses and nothing had really sunken in. I felt like I was trying to cram every fact about every single subject into a 2 or 3 month time period. Impossible! Then I found your program. What a difference. Instead of studying a plethora of things that have never in the history of the bar exam been tested, you focused me in on the subjects and specific areas of the subjects that were sure to be there. Instead of wasting my study time with useless information (and by useless I mean for purposes of the bar exam) I spent my time on things tested regularly. This for me was the most valuable part of your course. Further, I truly appreciate that at anytime I could pick up the phone and ask you a question (another problem I had with that "other bar review course") or just freak out a little. Thank you so much again! I would recommend this course to anyone taking the bar. Sincerely, Sunshine Dillard-Andriano Loyola University School of Law- New Orleans David D.Everyone has their little obstacles in life, and mine was the Bar exam. I had excelled in law school, but the Bar was a mountain I could not climb. I had taken all of the other prep courses, memorized their outlines and answered hundreds of their model questions, but when the Bar came around, I always felt lost. More often than not I was confronted with questions that I had no idea how to answer. The result was that I guessed my way through most of the exam and left the room with that sinking feeling of failure. I dreaded the days leading up to the posting of the results because I knew that I most likely was not going to be on the "Pass List." But all of that changed after using Hugh's methods. Forget about wasting an entire day in a conference room listening to some instructor bore you to tears with every little detail of the subject matter being discussed. Instead, Hugh schedules short conference calls for each topic. In less than 90 minutes, he clearly explains all that you need to know for that particular subject. Not only that, but Hugh teaches you how to answer the questions. He helps you determine your weaknesses and then schedules personal one-on-one calls to help you understand those troublesome areas. The materials he provides you with are easy to follow and he will always send more if you need them. The short outlines are invaluable. I was able to fully prepare despite the fact that I was handling a heavy workload at the office. I was also able to still spend a reasonable amount of quality time with my family. When the Bar came around, I was ready. Halfway through the exam I knew that I had passed. When I walked out of the exam after the final day, I was very confident that I had knocked the cover off of the ball. I was so sure that I had passed that I didn't even bother searching the state supreme court's website for the posting of the "Pass List." It was very anti-climactic when it became official that I had passed because I knew I had passed the day I walked out of the exam. I know that my recollections sound very corny, but it is all true. I cannot say enough about Hugh's course. If you do what he tells you to do and study responsibly, there is no reason that you will not pass the Bar. Then you can finally get on with your life. David D. SMU School of Law Steven RichterDear Hugh, Words cannot express the joy I felt upon learning of my success, which I attribute 100% to the methods that provided in your course. On my first attempt I missed the MBE by 7 points, and the essay section by 12 points. I did everything BAR/BRI and PMBR suggested but still fell short to my dismay. Anybody that's failed a Bar exam knows how devastating the experience is and to be honest it was the most stressful experience of my life. I found your course on the Internet and opted for the small group study program. The day the course began I came down with pneumonia! I resigned myself to the fact that I'd be taking the exam for yet a 3rd time. I was certain that I would fail. Using the simple but profound methods offered in your course I passed with flying colors, and I owe it all to you and your fabulous course! Thanks again. UT Law. Ruperto Domingo, Esq.Dear Mr. Reed, I'm still floating on cloud 9 right now and I intend to continue celebrating for the next couple of weeks this unbelievable achievement of passing the tough California Bar Exams. It's definitely a dream come true. I took the bar more than 5 times but only used Reed's materials on the last exam. I actually heard about Reed's from a guy who passed the bar who said that his Multistate raw score went up by 20 points !!! Since my raw scores were always in the high 120's to the low 130's every time I took the exam using BAR/BRI and PMBR, I said that I had nothing to lose by trying Reed's. I also knew that in order to pass; I needed a raw score of at least 140. When I received the Reed Bar Review materials, I knew that they were more concise and much better than any I had used before.. I subsequently scored a raw score of 138, my highest score yet using Reed's for the first time. During the actual Multistate Exam, I knew that I was nailing those questions and that there was no doubt in my mind that I scored in the 140's or even in the 150's scaled score (MBE scores are not released in California if you pass) or at least, enough points to carry my written portion score to give me a final passing grade. So that's it !!! My Reed's experience and no more bar to worry about. Thank you so much. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel Your course was the light!
